삼계탕 (samgaetang)
- A whole chicken with rice inside. It is cooked with ginseng and different herbal things. (I'm not really sure)
Korean Shabu Shabu
밀면 (milmyun)
- Noodles made out of buckwheat - it has a chew texture.
It comes in 2 different ways, with cold soup for mixed in chill sauce like below. (:
양곱창 (yang gop chang)
- grilled sheep intestines
- actually sounds gross in this context but if you don't think about it practically its quite nice (kind of like french snails. I guess)
- In korea, you can usually get fried rice done on the pan afterwards. Its a really nice end of the meal thing.
